The AEMF is a 501(c)3 Non Profit Tax Exempt Public Benefit Corporation, founded in October, 2000.

The AEM Foundation was established to create opportunities in disadvantaged communities targeting at risk youth utilizing the vehicle of music. 

The organization plans to establish a facility and provide guidance in the development of a complete and whole child through the vehicle of music.
